Model #18860 - Patent Pending

This machine is designed to destroy the volatility of powder charges and primers associated with live ammunition which becomes inadvertently commingled with a supply of small arms spent shell casings. The proprietary system efficiently transforms the live ammunition back into its individual solid metallic components thus decontaminating material to a 5X Level thereby rendering the brass inert and releasable to the general public.

Expended Ordnance Deformer (Brass Casing Deformer)

Model #18852 (U.S. Patents: 5,558,281 & 5,772,134)
Also available in two stationary models (see brochure)

This machine is capable of deforming spent cartridges, up to and including 20mm, beyond the point of reuse. The deformer chamber contains M4 tool steel blocks hardened to specific Rockwell Scale. These are attached to a high speed revolving drum grinder. The patented hammers strike the brass casings as they pass through the deformer chamber, resulting in mechanical deformation meeting DLA 4160.21M demilitarization requirements.

Stationary Expended Ordnance Deformer

Model #18853 (U.S. Patents: 5,558,281 & 5,772,134)

This 10 HP machine is capable of deforming spent cartridges, up to 5.56 mm., beyond the point of reuse.

Aviation Vane Deformer
Model #18855
Patents: 5,558,281 & 5,772,134

The deformer is capable of processing engine components ranging from 1/2 inch to 17 inches in length. The deformer chamber contains M4 Tool Steel blocks hardened to 62 on the Rockwell Scale. These are attached to a revolving drum that is powered by a diesel engine. Patented hammers strike the engine parts as they pass through the deformer chamber, resulting in mechanical deformation and hence demilitarization of the parts.
